The Tintstitute's Founder, Austin Cook, envisioned an accessible way to share his 15 years of industry knowledge and experience growing the largest shop on the Central Coast of California with the world. That vision turned into the inception of The Tintstitute in 2017.
The Tintstitute platform delivers an educational experience to all skill levels through instructional videos, hands on training, and consulting. The online store offers a wide variety of products and services to improve your business and installations. About Austin
Austin Cook, Owner of Quality
and Founder of The Tintstitute
converted what started as a one-man-shop to an ever-growing business of over a dozen team members, training lead installers and pursuing his passion for continuous improving. His successful career path started differently than most – a business purchase at the age of 19 and a condensed 3-month training program.
Naturally, Austin learned a lot about the industry and vowed to always strive for improvement and growth which he has shown in more ways than one. His dedication to the industry is presented by adding new services and creating an easily accessible way to learn from his experiences online. His commitment to an above and beyond customer service experience led to a 5.0 rating, over 500 Google and Yelp reviews, feature in Film Stars Magazine, and becoming LLumar’s Elite Central Coast Dealer.
Aside from providing “outstanding quality and customer service,” Austin has a passion for self development, finance, and of course his outdoor hobbies of horseback riding and dirt biking.
