Client Sign Offs (Disclosures, Acknowledgements, & Releases of Liability)

This is a 2 page PDF for our tinting, paint protection and vinyl wrap clients that includes all of the disclosures, acknowledgements and releases of liability that they have to sign off on before we start work on their project.

This PDF covers:
